- If you made a mistake (wrong model/address), contact us ASAP and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.

Returns & exchanges

If you want to return or exchange an item, email us with:
- your order number
- the reason (return/exchange)

photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
- Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
Damaged / wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us with photos and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
